Pour nous c’est un peu différent des autres équipes puisque notre ‘client’ (Mario) était tous les jours avec nous.
Il est donc au courant de notre méthodologie et de notre travail.
Du coup, nous avons fait cette réunion, chez SoftExpert afin de faire un ‘handover’ correct et d’avoir tous les avis sur la suite du projet.
Les commentaires/notes parlent tous seuls:
•Mario (client): thanks to all involved (IBM, SofExprt) , it’s overwhelming what has been achieved, we have lots of students knocking at the door but we have very limited resources (human, $). Projeto Resgate shouldn’t exist (as it is a bad society indicator) so we want to connect the 2 worlds: matching the need of many with the will to help of others. We lack a good IT tool to bridge them
•Bruno (IBM): IBM understanding new environment, team personal development (new environment, new colleagues), change for institution as per how we can help like acupuncture; will follow up with Mario in the future; IBM to help developing volunteering at SoftExpert.
•Ricardo (CEO SoftExpert): thx to Mario, thx to your believes, kids are being helped, Mario’s species are in extinction, thx team to share Brazil’s concerns, ignorance is a cancer in Brazil you showed concern…, here structure to identify deviation-prepare corrective action, thx to help our country.
Il est a noter qu’en plus de réaliser ce qui nous était demandé, notre présence (IBM) a suscité des vocations de ‘donnor’ => SofExpert envisage d’incorporer au sein de la société du volontariat et en des élèves de Resgate dans leur campagne de formation. J’aime les effets ‘boule de neige’ si positifs!
